The changeover day at Lantic is a Saturday.

During Jan\Feb\Nov\Dec we may be able to offer short breaks for 70% of the full weekly charge (excludes holiday weeks)

Please note that Lantic is strictly non smoking and we are unable to take pets.

Bookings are accepted with a deposit payable at time of booking and balance payable in full 6 weeks prior to arrival.

There is no parking at the house itself but there is space to stop and unload outside the house (with room for other cars to pass unlike much of Fowey!)

A weekly ticket can then be purchased for use in one of the main town car parks (About 3/4 mins walk)
