Located in the beautiful Cornish port of Fowey, Lantic, having recently undergone a major refit is available to rent, offering luxurious holiday accommodation for up to 6.

The town of Fowey, set on the edge of the Fowey Estuary offers a superb setting for a holiday. A centre for sailing, walking or just enjoying a change of scenery. Whether during the Regatta week in the height of summer or for a Christmas and New Year away from it all. There is always plenty to do with a great selection of shops and restaurants on your door step as well as all the other attractions that Cornwall has to offer nearby.

Lantic has been completely renovated, the result is a luxurious Fowey holiday cottage. Improvements included a loft conversion that now offers a bedroom with fabulous views over the harbour. There is a new bay window on the 1st floor, new central heating, a new larger kitchen and a newly fitted bathroom.

We have then used the blank canvas this gave us to furnish the house with the emphasis being on quality and comfort to make your stay as relaxing as possible while you enjoy all Fowey has to offer.
